INTRODUCTION:
Inspired by Puccini's La Boheme, RENT breathes rock
musical life into the characters who are often ignored,
overlooked, or avoided. It follows a group of friends
living in New York's Alphabet City as they battle with
AIDS, drugs and society.
CLICK's production combines the powerful musical score
of Jonathan Larson with the gritty reality of the life
of struggling artistes, yet, it remains driven by the
writer's optimism that although our final destiny may be
out of our control, we can still choose to live, laugh
and love while we still have the strength.
No day but today, @ Venue 45
We will be supporting Watford Mencap, and The Terrance
Higgins Trust.

“Measure your life in Love”: CLICK in
the Community
We are a community theatre group where
professional and amateur performers work
alongside each other promoting the
inclusive nature of the arts for all.
RENT embodies that sense of inclusion.
We have an excellent history of
supporting local charities, in
particular Mencap, and have won many
community awards including “The Mayoral
Award” (Hastings), and “The Witney &
District Mencap award” finding the arts
an excellent forum for confidence
building and creative expression for
all. Our production of “Rent” is being
performed in support of Watford Mencap
and The Terrance Higgins Trust:
Watford Mencap:
“…offer a range of services, advice and
support that helps meet people's needs
